when I close my eyes
Tagged: night, shortie
Hmmm…Interesting…I’ll have to think about this one…Mmm…What do you see when you close your eyes…Sorrow, pain, disappointment…I am sore? No one is honest around me…therefore I don’t hear any honest footsteps when I close my eyes…Hmmm?
Your poems provoke thoughts, Evelyn, I really like the way that you write.
So the footsteps you’re hearing then are sneaky and dishonest?
Meaning its hard for me to sleep, I feel exposed.
